- Minimal requirements for candidates:
- Practical knowledge of at least one protein visualizing/modelling program (e.g. YASARA, VMD, PyMol, MolMol, SPDBviewer)
- Knowledge of types of protein structures
- Practical usage of biological web servers (e.g. SwissProt, Blaster, Protein Data Bank)
- Basic programming skills (Unix or MSWindows)
- Good knowledge of English
