Laboratory Support Specialist in the Laboratory of Biomolecular Interactions and Transport led by Dr. Brezovsky, located in Poznan.
The Laboratory Support Specialist will report directly to the head of the laboratory and will be responsible for organizational and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
1. Grant management and close cooperation with the Grants Department and other administrative units.
2. Preparing the laboratory's orders for services, research, computer equipment, etc.
3. Maintaining equipment records.
4. Maintaining financial records related to the laboratory operation with the support of the Finance and Accounting Department.
5. Cooperating with the Human Resources Department in hiring new employees, postdoctoral fellows, students, and volunteers and in preparing civil law contracts.
6. Assisting in organizing business trips, both domestic and international, of the head and members of the laboratory and for organizing visits by guests of the laboratory.
7. Perform other administrative tasks, including answering phones, receiving and sending company correspondence, and working with courier companies.
Requirements:
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
2. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
3. Ability to work independently and think analytically
4. Motivation and initiative
5. Good communication skills, good knowledge of Polish and English
6. Ability to work in a team and cooperate with various administrative units
7. Experience in managing research projects will constitute an additional advantage.

2. Salary of approx. 2 845 PLN gross/month
