Prof. Jacek Jaworski and Dr. Katarzyna Mleczko-Sanecka among the laureates of the MAESTRO 12, SONATA BIS 10

Prof. Jacek Jaworski i Dr. Katarzyna Mleczko-Sanecka has received funding under the MAESTRO 12 i SONATA BIS 10 schemes. 

Prof. Jacek Jaworski, head of the Laboratory of Molecular and Cellular Neurobiology, has been awarded the grant of 4 092 140 PLN for the project entitled “The role of mTOR-Brg1 interaction in normal and aberrant neuronal activity”. Prof. Jaworski received the grant under MAESTRO 12 (NZ3) scheme.

Dr. Katarzyna Mleczko-Sanecka, head of the Laboratory of Iron Homeostasis, has received funding under the SONATA BIS 10 (NZ9) scheme. Dr. Mleczko-Sanecka has been awarded the grant of 3 613 374 PLN for the project entitled “Identifying unique adaptive responses of red pulp macrophages to iron deficiency”.
