Prof. Jacek Kuźnicki, Head of Laboratory of Neurodegeneration, has received funding for bilateral exchange of scientists between Germany and Poland organized by Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange – NAWA (Poland) / German Academic Exchange Service - DAAD (Germany). Prof. Kuźnicki awarded the grant for the project entitled „Regulation of mitochiondrial calcium, homeostasis by TMBIM5”, in which he will be cooperating with prof. Axel Methner (University Medical Center Mainz). The aim of the call for applications is to support the mobility of scientists conducting research projects agreed and carried out jointly by partners from Poland and Germany. Funds for projects under the call for applications are allocated to cover the travel expenses and costs of stay for the scientists.
