The National Science Centre (NCN) has published statistics on institutions which applied to NCN calls concluded in 2013-2014. During these two years, IIMCB submitted[nbsp] 21 proposals from which 10 was funded. The overall IIMCB success rate was 48%, our Institute was granted a total of 16 520 838 PLN.[nbsp]

In 2013-2014, the National Science Centre concluded 26 calls for the funding of research projects in the following categories: general grants, pre-doctoral grants, PhD holders grants and non co-financed grants: MAESTRO 3-5, HARMONIA 3-5, OPUS 4-7, PRELUDIUM 4-7, SONATA 4-7, SONATA BIS 2-3, FUGA 2-3, ETIUDA 1-2, SYMFONIA 1-2. The number of submitted proposals totalled 21,996 and the sum of funding sought by applicants exceeded 9.3 billion PLN. 4,237 projects were recommended for funding.
