The International Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology in Warsaw received the[nbsp] prestigious ‘HR Excellence in Research’ logo for the implementation of the provisions of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers. The IIMCB is the third institution in Poland which has the right to use the 'HR Excellence in Research' logo. The two other institutions are the Foundation for Polish Science and the Nencki Institute of Experimental Biology.
The European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct, adopted by the European Commission in 2005, specify the role, rights and duties of researchers, their employees and funding agencies. Until now, 155 research institutions from 23 European countries has been honored with the ‘HR Excellence in Research’ logo, which identifies particularly attractive work environments.
