Prof. Michal Witt became a partner in a FP7 Collaborative Project titled “Better Experimental Screening and Treatment for Primary Ciliary Dyskinesia”, acronym BESTCILIA. This three-year project started on Dec, 1st 2012 and counts eleven partners. Prof. Witt is both a Dissemination leader and a supervisor of the scientific tasks related to the establishment of PCD diagnostic services in Poland meeting the European standards. For the latter, Prof. Witt strongly participates with the Institute of Tuberculosis and Lungs Diseases (ITLD) in Rabka-Zdroj, a third party in BESTCILIA project.
