Initiated by Prof. Lena Kolarska-Bobińska, Minister of Science and Higher Education, the "Pact for Horizon 2020" aims to mobilize Polish researchers to obtain EU funds from Horizon 2020, the EU framework program for research and innovation.

Dr. Anna Bartosik, a young IIMCB scientist will participate in the 64th Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting, Germany. This year the conference is dedicated to physiology and medicine. Once again, Nobel Laureates have been invited to lecture on a topic of their deliberate choice and showcase the wide range of research fields.

International Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology Annual Report Session 2014 took place in Mierki.
