Foundation for Polish Science announced the results of the second edition of the IMPULS competition organized within the SKILLS project.

Prof. Agnieszka Chacińska, Head of the Laboratory of Mitochondrial Biogenesis, has been nominated by the Foundation for Polish Science to join AcademiaNet as an advanced researcher.

The aim of the agreement is to establish a new research group in the field of bioinformatics affiliated with both AMU and IIMCB.

On February 9, 2015 Prof. Janusz M. Bujnicki received Prime Minister's Award for outstanding scientific achievements.

This year IIMCB will finance internships in five laboratories.

IIMCB, AMU PAN and Teraz Polska Foundation are organizing a debate entitled "Role of science for innovative society".
